Steelwork Design & Fabrication
Steelwork is the heart of what Jaco Swart Staalwerke does. It is designed, built and welded in the Malmesbury workshop, then fitted on site, whether the job is a structural frame, a staircase balustrade or a one-off piece drawn up around what you have in mind.
Steelwork that lives outdoors can be galvanised. Jaco arranges the galvanising, so you still deal with one person from first measurement to final fitting.
If the job cannot come to the workshop, mobile welding and on-site repairs bring the welder to you.

Gate & Fence Fabrication
Gates and fences are built to measure in the Malmesbury workshop and fitted on the property: driveway gates, sliding gates, swing gates and pedestrian gates, from plain and practical to ornamental wrought iron.
The same goes for boundaries: palisade fencing, ClearVu fencing and boundary railings with infill panels, for homes, farms and business premises. Automation & Access Control
A gate should open when you want it to and stay shut when you don't. Gate motors, including Centurion and Nice, are fitted to swing gates and sliding gates, then set up with remotes, keypads or an intercom so the right people get in without leaving the car.

Garage Doors
Sectional and roll-up garage doors are installed on site, with the opening measured first. The door and its motor are looked after together, so there is one call to make whether you are fitting something new or fixing something old.
Doors that have become heavy, noisy or stuck can often be sorted with a service, a new spring or a repair. Motors and openers are installed and repaired too, and remotes programmed on the spot.

Carports & Shade Ports
Carports, shade ports and shade sails are measured on site and built to fit, on steel frames and poles, whether the space is a home driveway, a farmyard or a business parking area.
Cover for the cars, or shade for a courtyard: shade net and shade sail are fitted as well. Steel that stands outside all year can be galvanised, which Jaco arranges.
